Say Si to Mindful Yoga…and Yes to Yourself

“Sí” is another way of saying “Yes.” Saying yes to yoga can be a great way to:

  • Take care of your body – by releasing tension, increasing strength and flexibility, and developing endurance.

  • Relax your mind – through clearing your thoughts, reducing stress, and focusing your attention

  • Restore your spirit – with mindfulness, curiosity, self-discovery and acceptance

Whether you are new to yoga or practicing at an advanced level, it is important to work at your own pace.  My goal is to create a supportive environment where each student can listen to their body without judgment.

All classes are held in Chestnut Hill, Brookline and Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts.
As a native speaker, I periodically offer a class in Spanish and you’ll find it in the schedule.
